Overview: Create an animation that helps viewers understand the efficiency of donating cash to international disaster victims. Cash is the most effective resource because it's flexibility and speed. I created a Benjamin Franklin caricature in a one hundred dollar bill to make the concept entertaining while still being educational. The video illustrates cash literally solving problems. This was submitted as part of a competition hosted by PSAid.org.
